Before retaining Grun Law to help with my property loss claim, I tried to deal with my insurance company, Pacific Specialty on my own since August 2014. During this time, the insurance company’s representatives treated me very poorly. Despite my best efforts to provide the insurance company with all the information they requested, my claim was denied. I filed a claim with my insurance company, The Hartford, for damage to my wood floors which resulted from water entering my home. Initially I hired a public adjuster to assist me and he was only able to recover $1,201.33 of which I only received $201.33 minus the $1,000.00 deductible. I was not able to replace my floors with such nominal amount. After I received mail from Grun Law Corporation, I dropped the public adjuster and contacted Grun Law to represent me against The Hartford. Without filing a lawsuit and with a few phone calls and an inspection of the floors, Grun Law recovered $12,417.59 which is more than I had expected. I am very happy and pleased with their service.
